TS DEECET Application Form
The Department of School Education, Government of Telangana, will publish the TS DEECET 2024 notice in the month of August 2024. For admission to a two-year diploma in elementary education at a government district institution of educational training (DIET) or a private elementary teacher training institution in Telangana, candidates must pass the TS DEECET test. The following sections provide important information regarding Eligibility, Application Fee, Important Dates, Exam Syllabus and Pattern.
Age restriction:
- Applicants must be at least 17 years old as of September 1st of the year of Telangana State DEECET Admission.
- There should be no upper age restriction for admission to the Diploma in Elementary Education Programme.
TS DEECET Exam Syllabus 2024:
- Language: The question paper will only be in Telugu/English, Urdu/English, and Tamil/English.
- Exam Mode: Computer-Based Exam (CBT).
- Exam Format: Multiple Choice Questions (McQ).
- Marking Pattern: Every question contains four alternatives, one of which is accurate. Candidates will be given one point for each right answer. Unanswered questions or multiple responses will result in a zero grade. According to TS DEECET 2024, there are no bad marks.

How to Apply for TS DEECET Online
Candidates must first get a free copy of the ‘Information Bulletin’ from the website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in, read it attentively, and confirm their eligibility to take the DEECET, 2024.
- Go to the official website at www.tsdeecet.cgg.gove.in.
- Pay the application cost by TS Online/Credit/debit card/netbanking.
- The candidate must then record the journal number.
- Fill out the application form with the candidate’s personal information such as email address, phone number, etc.
- Upload a scanned colour photo (30kb – 20kb) and signature (30kb – 15kb) in JPEG format.
- Take a printout of the Application for future reference.
