CTET is a national entrance test that is given twice a year to see if a candidate is qualified to be a teacher in government schools, private schools, or other educational institutions in India. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) just announced the dates for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) exams in 2024. The CTET test will happen in August 2024. In addition, the formal notice says that the CTET test will now be done offline (with a pen and paper). Every year, people who want to teach in elementary or secondary schools take the CTET test to see how well they can do their jobs. To be considered for a job as a teacher for grades 1–8, candidates must pass the CTET test in 2024.
To be eligible for the primary level stage, the candidate must have passed the 12th class with 50% marks from the recognized board. Only then he/she will be eligible for the primary level examination. After passing the primary level examination, the candidate becomes eligible to teach from classes I to V. Along with this, a diploma is also required, for more information check the notification issued by the CBSE. For Class VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)- To be eligible for Elementary Stage, the candidate must have passed 12th class with 50% marks from a recognized board and also must have passed graduation with 50% marks, and with this B.Ed. is also required. How To Apply CTET Application Form 2024 Online?
Go to ctet.nic.in, the main website, and click on the CTET 2024 link.
Then, click the “New Registration” tab to start the registration process. Read the CTET 2024 Notification carefully, and then click the “Click here to proceed” button.
Carefully fill out all the fields and click the “Submit” button. The next step is to fill out the CTET entry form and make sure that the information you put in is right.
The registration number or application number is then made public, and you should keep a safe record of these login numbers.
The last step is to pay the CTET entry fee online or locally.
