AP ECET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

NationalityThe candidate must be an Indian Citizen
DomicileThe candidate who resides within the state of Andhra Pradesh is eligible to apply.
Educational QualificationsThe candidates should have a qualified Diploma in Engineering and Technology from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh State or any other Diploma from an AICTE approved institution recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. OR The candidates should have qualified for the 3-year B.Sc Degree exam with Mathematics as one of the subjects from a recognized University. Those candidates who have not completed but will complete their Diploma before admission will also be able to apply for AP ECET 2024
Required MarksTo be eligible for admissions, the candidates should have passed the Diploma in Engineering and Technology with a minimum of 45% marks (for the reserved category it is 40% marks).

Application Fee

  • The application fee will be Rs. 500/- for all candidates.
  • The fee can be paid at AP Online Centers in AP.
  • The application fee can also be paid through the payment gateway (Credit/Debit Cards/Net Banking).

Exam Pattern

  • The written test will be conducted through online mode (CBT).
  • The exam will be asked in the English language only.
  • The whole paper contains 200 objective-type questions.
  • The question paper will be 200 marks for all courses.
  • 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer.
  • The duration will be 3 hours.

Steps to fill the AP ECET 2024 Application Form

  • To access the official website, go to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/ECET or click the link above.
  • The AP ECET 2024 Application Fee and payment status must first be verified by candidates.
  • The “Fill Application” link may be clicked by applicants to access the form after successfully paying the AP ECET 2024 application fee.
  • Include all required information on the application form, including your name, contact information, academic background, category, and data about your Common Entrance Test.
  • Upload the scanned papers in the designated format, including a photo and a signed document.
  • Before submitting their applications, candidates must read the declaration and tick the appropriate box.
  • Once the application form is submitted, an opportunity to edit it will show up on the screen.
